The browser is quietly becoming a serious code intelligence runtime

GitNexus feels like a preview of how much serious developer work will happen inside browser-based tooling.

The piece that stuck with me from GitHub Trending was simple: abhigyanpatwari/GitNexus. GitNexus turns a repo or ZIP into a browser-based knowledge graph with a built-in Graph RAG agent.

the part that matters

The more I look at products like this, the more the browser feels like the real platform shift. It is no longer only where software is viewed. It is where more software will run.

the product lesson

I would bet on browser-native tools that do heavy lifting without asking users to trust another backend first. In a world full of AI vendor anxiety, local-first code intelligence feels like a strong instinct.

People say distribution is the moat. In a lot of cases, reduced trust friction is the moat.
