How I Think About AI Agents for My Own Business

aitechnology

I run multiple businesses. I use AI agents across all of them. Here's my approach.

Each business has different needs. I deploy agents accordingly. One-size-fits-all doesn't work.

For OpenClaw Setup, the agent handles client communication. It schedules calls. It sends updates. It tracks project status.

For Harshith Ventures, the agent monitors portfolio companies. It pulls data. It flags important updates. It prepares reports.

For my personal work, the agent manages my calendar. It handles email. It tracks priorities.

I don't use the same agent everywhere. I deploy based on need. Each agent is configured for its specific workflow.

This approach scales better. You're not forcing one solution everywhere. You're matching capabilities to needs.

If you're thinking about agents for your business, don't think "one agent for everything." Think "right agent for each need."

Match agents to workflows, not workflows to agents.
